2. Venue Reservations & Bookings
All venue reservations and bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. A deposit or signed facility contract may be required to secure your date. Inkwell Beach House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies are outlined in your individual facility contract or booking agreement. Please review your contract carefully. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the terms of your agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Inkwell Beach House or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkwell Beach House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our websites or services.
